I would hope even Texas Politicians could understand thatthis law is a scam for lawyers to sue municipalities. So if you don't mind a hefty tax hike to pay off lawyers in Kansas, go for it

They shouldn't be able to sue a law in which they took part in writing that is a conflict of interest. As for Texas I would be pleased if they passed a similar bill.
