"Senate Majority Leader and Arizona law supporter, Chuck Gray's Twitter account is drawing a lot of attention this week. It's not for what he's said/tweeted: it's for whom he's elected to follow. Gawker, a New York-based gossip site, looked through the Mesa Republican's Twitter followers and found StormfrontWPWW (for White Power WorldWide), a white-supremacist organization started by Don Black, a former KKK Grand Wizard and member of the American Nazi Party."

Anyone familiar with twitter knows that in order to follow a person or site, you have to seek them out and agree to follow them. I wonder how apologists will defend this action. Will they bring up Rev. Wright or claim that Gray didn't know?

1. Sounds like they're following him; not the other way around. A person can't control who follows them.

2. The source is a "Gossip Sight!"

Wrong, he was following them, read the story. Gossip site or not, the story is true. Gray refused to comment, big surprise.

There are always going to be a few of bad eggs.

Lets take a look at the pro illegal side. Are most of the mexicans who disapprove of SB 1070 racists? If they think that mexicans are superior to the law and should not be forced to follow american law, in a way they are saying we are better than everyone else and we do not have to follow immigration law.

Is he directly responsible?

I haven't seen a political figure use Twitter on their own, they always hire someone else for the job. Maybe the employee decided to sabotage and leak to the media?

Looked at his page - Twitter lists groups by last joined. Stormfront is only a few notches down on the list. So it was added recently.

And a good number of those who do not support the bill are also racist.

Does this make the bill any less right in its objectives?

No.

Gawd, when are you people going to jump off of the bigot bandwagon?

A number of constitutional law professors in some very liberal institutions have said that this law will most definitely withstand constitutional scrutiny and is, in fact, constitutional.

Since the constitutionality of the bill is really not at issue here, then what is?

Do you believe that all of Arizona's law enforcement officers are incapable of enforcing this law without prejudice simply because you espy racists under every little rock? Pretty insulting to the men and women in uniform who willingly lay their lives on the line 24/7--365 days a year, many of whom have made the ultimate sacrifice, don't you think?

By the way, do you have any idea how easy it is to hack a Twitter account? Even my 13 year old could do it if he decided it was necessary.

So what? Are you trying to say anyone who supports SB1070 must support white-supremacist organizations? The illegal alien scum who murdered Jamiel Shaw Jr I suspect is against SB1070, so by your logic am I to come to the conclusion tha those who oppose SB1070 supports this type of criminal activities?
