I couldn't read Crain''s article for the $99 pay wall, but I did read the Springfield paper. Yesterday companies were allowed to apply for the faracking license for the first time. It will take several months to get approval. There is also a question about the committee to form the "Task Force On Hydraulic Fracturing Regulation". Once formed, its only "task" is to prepare a report that is due Sept. 15, 2016. This is nearly three years from today.

I would not get in a heated rush just yet.

The Crains article is very similar to the Springfield paper.
