Looking back even further the same pattern exists. Scientists and newspapers in the 1970s were calling for action to stop the advance of next ice age. Time magazine in 1975 was extremely concerned that their cover had an article about the coming ice age. The world has seen hot and cold throughout and has survived always. The arctic had palm trees growing there a million years ago and where you all live had ice 100 feet thick in the ice age so yes there are cycles and people forget history if they did not live in certain time periods.
The Time magazine cover appeared in 1977. How will we survive the coming ice age? Remember, the "experts" said the ice age was coming.

The "climate change" scare is nothing more than a scam by politicians to raise taxes.

yeah...you're silly...guess you've ignored all the record heat for the last recent years/decade and the other extreme weather, including winter storms. But, hey, go bury your head in the snow.

The scientists got caught red handed trying to change the data I believe around 2008 and the media never reported it but emails were obtained that caught them lowering temperatures in the 1940s when it was very warm and one other time period they were caught in the emails saying they fixed one time period but were trying to figure out how to explain the 1940s blip and change it so that today we look as though we are 2 degrees warmer than actual. They also pick and choose where they interpret data sometimes they start with 1980 and up or sometime 1960 and up so the narrative always starts at their desirable timeframe which is documented

People only remember short term there was record cold for 40 years before now and extreme weather also existed might try actually looking up data from that period and those before then as in the 30s when Dust Bowl existed and 60% of the Midwest to Plains were in a severe drought for years because of record heat

So I guess it is safe to say you can not always believe everything you hear, from past or present....

That said, my philosophy is live life to the fullest.

But be safe, take the best care of your health.

Be good to others. Be good to animals. Don't waste things nor pollute.

Do all these things to the best of your ability.

One day we are all going to pass on. And the world as we know it may all come to an end.

Be the best you can to yourself and everyone/everything.

I'll go put my head in the sand now, because that's better than snow!

PEACE!!!

You may be right. There were no winter storms on planet earth prior to 1900. But then again, humans have been exhaling that nasty carbon dioxide since the first human appeared on planet earth.

Exactly, it's all about sending taxpayers money to questionable "green" projects, and let certain individuals and firms get filthy rich from it.

It's more than obvious that "raising" planet temperatures just part of some natural cycle which so called "scientists" don't even understand. I this point I doubt we can even trust their numbers, the science is so depended now on grants that they may "massage" the data to create a problem which doesn't even exist.

That's just a primitive brainwash by people trying to adjust their "scientific" theories to current winter events.

So they saying, no matter if we reduce carbon emissions or not we still get winters like this? Then why even bother to fight it?? Ask Texans if they want winters like this again.
I understand we want to reduce emissions to get cleaner air, but please stop BS about "global warming", it's insulting.

Take a look at Texas which has 25% wind turbines and all of them were frozen and not working many many people are freezing because of the unreliable wind turbines and solar panels that are covered in snow same with California who couldn’t produce enough electricity last summer because they are too green
