I would like to visit some quaint, charming small towns in southern Indiana. Historic district on the town square, a couple of nice restaurants and boutiques/antique shops. In previous trips, I enjoyed Corydon, New Harmony, Metamora, Madison and Nashville. They were all historic and interesting places. I would greatly appreciate any advice you could give me about other nice small towns to visit for day trips or a weekend getaway. Thank you in advance.

French Lick. Two beautifully restored hotels. Casino. Lots of caverns nearby.

I enjoy Jasper and it seems small IMO but not as tiny as some of the other cities on your list.

Have you tried Greensburg- the city with the tree growing out of the courthouse tower?

Here's a good one- Oldenburg!! Small town with a VERY obvious German heritage. Also has a convent. Neat little town.
