Went house hunting in New Albany this weekend, ate at the Asian Buffet on Charlestown Rd, near Mark's BBQ...

RAW CHICKEN ON THE BUFFET LINE!!

They had a crispy skin "Thai Peanut Chicken"... and it was STONE COLD RAW in the center. When informed they did not remove it from the buffet....

So eat there at your own risk.

In my travels, 90% of Asian buffet places I have visited would probably be classified under the heading "eat at your own risk."

And I like to help it!
Here in Raleigh NC, there are some excellent Asian buffets, with quality food that is kept hot and fresh.
Had one last night.

Hoping to find one in the New Albany area when I get there, but expect to have to cross the river.
