My family and I are moving to the Columbus, IN area. We'd like to build a home on a decent size lot (1 or more acres). We'd prefer to be in a neighborhood / development, but also open to more rural lots if that is what it takes. I know the Tipton Lakes area is nice but already well developed, not finding many 1+ acre lots available. Does anyone have any recent information on potential areas to look into that may have larger lots sizes available for sale? Looking to stay within the Bartholomew Co. School District.

Thanks!

Try looking at Somerset Meadows.

There are several 1acre+ lots available if you look online. I forwarded your information to a local realtor friend of mine.
