Myself and my neighbors spent a couple hours yesterday digging out cars so everyone could get out and go to work this morning. At some point overnight, a snowplow came through and undid all off our work. Yay.

Hope everyone is warm and well this mroning. My kids are on day 2 of no school and if we get the ice storm that appears to be headed this way tonight, Friday doesn't look good for my sanity either.

I am going to be busy, busy, busy today. Have to get all of hubbys uniforms washed and hung so he has a variety to choose from for Saturday's celebration at Lucas Oil. We're talking about getting a room at the Clarion hotel right next to the stadium so we don't have to worry about traffic or parking Saturday but the weather may influence that one way or the other. Any other advice on where to park for less than $20 for the day would be wonderful.

We are on day 2 of no school as well but I don't mind when my kids are home. Now they are throwing fits because they are out of built in make up days so this one will be tacked on the end of the year probably.

DC 38 so sorry all your efforts were undone quicker than you did them.
We just do a mailbox check daily in weather like this because we can't seem to make it through any winter without the snowplow knocking it off. It sets back off the road too that is what is frustrating.

We're on day 3 of no school ... sigh, so we too will have another day tacked on to the end of the schoolyear.

The plows just came through our neighborhood today.

[quote=gdude;7221562]I am starting a Chat thread for all you fellow Hoosiers and stragglers who want to come and chat on here!

I hope everyone is safe and snuggley in there homes. It sounds like you guys got a lot of snow. Is it a wet snow? You know, snowman making snow? Ahhh I envy you guy's. For you who are not enjoying it I will send you some Florida warmth. I wish I could send you some sunshine, but it's cloudy here.
Great idea Gdude in starting this chatroom. I'm a fellow Hoosier and a former Indianan, who likes to straggle in from time to time.
