The largest and most expensive mansion is on 116th just west of Meridian on the Northside. Many many huge custome houses on land from there and norht. Geist waterfront homes on the Northeast. There are other areas but more one off.

Are you talking about the Hilbert Mansion in Carmel? I think it's still on the market for 20 million.

Carmel, Fishers and Zionsville are probably the wealthiest overall.

Here's my question ... why do you ask?

Don't forget about the Williams Creek area. Also parts of Meridian-Kessler area.

There are areas near Springmill Road that are really nice

Some very nice areas near Dean road and 79th street - up to 82nd street

Those are some of the Older really nice areas.

The nicest suburbs are Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers and Geist.

Clay Terrace too. There's also a new mall similar to Clay Terrace going up on the Fishers/Noblesville border off Exit 10 on I-69. Hamilton Center maybe?

I just looked at a 2 story home for sale on Somerset Drive just west of Springmill Road. It was built in 1964, contained about 4,600 sq ft, had a partially finished deep basement, 4 bedrooms upstairs and wasn't anything fancy. Re-Max has the listing and the asking price is 669K. That's close to $145 per sq ft.

I'll take the Geist any day!!

Bridgewater Club in Westfield averages about $1 million... nice golf community. There are also several other neighborhoods in Westfield in the $800k range.
