At 1625 feet above sea level, that's nearly 1000 feet of prominence above Charlotte. And at only 25 miles west of the city, offers great hiking and climbing options, as well as some wonderful photo op's! It's actually a pretty challenging set of trails.

Anyways, I'm a northern transplant that moved to Charlotte and I love it. It's fun to live in a city that is still young and trying to find an identity. Plus the weather is great. Cheers!
