Was in Indianapolis May 19th and 20th. What a beautiful city you have! From KC, similar size city. Loved the Monument Circle area. Stayed at a B&B not far from downtown. Beautiful neighborhood. Went to 2nd Presbyterian Church on Meridian, the drive from downtown up Meridian was just beautiful. People of Indianapolis should be so proud of what a beautiful city they have. Enjoyed the visit!

North Meridian is on the National Register of Historic Places as One of America's Great Streets. Houses and buildings here are often rehabbed instead of torn down, even if they're crumbling.

I could see Indianapolis having a streetcar like what we have in KC. I think Indianapolis has possibly preserved more of their older, historic housing stock than KC did unfortunately.
