The southside USE to be the safest place in Indianapolis..Due to Section 8 housing in the apartments dotted around here we are seeing more deviants and people from the ghetto.....Its not like it use to be...The tight knit communities are weak now..Use to be that you knew ever neighbor on the street...Now I know about 3 or 4....

Statistically, the south side is still the safest part of the city
