Hi - Im getting a lot of great help and advice from my new American Friends (you now who you are ) however, Id love a perspective from some Brits that have made the move.
How did you find it, what things should I research (school system, health care etc) and if you have kids how did they find the move.

Ive a 14 yo son, 13 yo step daughter and 5 yo son, so quite a challenge for schools and stuff.

Id love to hear from any of you

There are not a large number of posters at the best of times. You were very specific in your interests. How about contacting the International School for referrals?

My daughter just got into the K grade at the international school - while interviewing 2 weeks ago, my wife and I met a number of transplanted UK residents, both teachers and parent of students - moreover, there were other parent and teachers from France, etc that we also met - my point is that there seems to be a rather vibrant "ex-pat" community in this midwestern town, so you should be fine indeed! BTW, I just completed a year long assignment in London and Bournemonth - outside of the mnthly travel, it was an amazing experience - hope your time here is just as good...Cheers!

Hiya Mate! I am afraid your chances of finding a lot of Brits in Indy are about as great as finding the tube here. Sorry about that. You need to go to southwest Florida during the winter months where you will find a lot of them.

Lawd above! Incredible, Brits in Columbus, Indiana.

Maybe they are using Columbus as a staging area for the second takeover.
