I personally prefer Firefox Portable and Opera@USB browsers. Firefox add-ons are great. Opera is very fast and page loading in Opera is also very nice.

Safari by far, I just love the look and functionality of Safari 4 & Mobile Safari on my 2G iPod touch is the best mobile browser IMO.

I use FireFox for playing Facebook games though.

Flock: Flock Browser - The Social Web Browser

It is built on the Firefox browser engine and integrates well with Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
