Really, you started this in the Christianity area. Were you expecting some "devise intervention" to solve your inability to get your email.

Or maybe it's a message

When I try to log on to my msn email account it says something like: Someone else appears to be using your account. Please verify you are the one that owns this account.

But when I try it asks for who my girl friends name is and how would I know 15 to 20 years ago?

When I try to log in it says I can't.

Have a heart! This is serious! I do all my business though my email account.

Besides, if I asked the atheists they would just say email accounts don't exist.

I just went my hotmail web email page and I got in no problems ..... For me I have a `sign in `..page that has not changed , ... Then in tools for `MS Internet Explorer` I go to Manage add -ons and ``enable``before I go there and ``disable`` when I leave the ``Microsoft live search tool bar`.... need to do this because the MS live is a spy ware and they spy on the activities when enable the ms toolbar is left on , and you cannot go to hotmail account when it is on disable tool bar ..... Other glitches are if you have not gone to your free account more than month they say but could be little longer , the account will be closed and your name and number will be lost......Other ideas are if you virus soft ware is closing you down were Norton Anti virus program give people freedom

Thanks hljc,
I got through to microsoft support and they said it could have been shut down because right after I logged off someone else in another state may have tried to log in. When that happens they know it can't be me so they shut the account down.

I'm still waiting for an email on how to get back in to my account per what they told me on the phone.

I didn't know that about the live function.

Actually you they might give you some helpful advise, you know, real world reality based answeres, not some magic potentate in the sky running an email server.

My recommendation is that you get rid of your hotmail account and get a gmail or yahoo because too many things happens with hotmail. One night I was unable to access my hotmail for 5 hours and I made the decision to get a new email after that. So I will say you should get a new email and transfer all your emails to your new account. Plus it's a lot of spam using hotmail which was another big problem.

Or maybe, you could try the new Outlook e-mail services. It is just coming out but is also run by Microsoft. I heard it may eventually rival Gmail.
