I agreed to pay for Cox tech support on our computers because I was having trouble setting up our Cox email addresses. After an hour with my paid technician, I thought it was working right. After I hung up I discovered that I couldn't send from one computer and could send with only one of our two accounts on another computer. I fixed some of what he'd told me to do and the email is working fine now. As part of this money I'm paying them, they'll log on to each computer, do a scan, fix problems, etc. After my experience with the email "help" I'm a little skeptical. Should I trust them to fix my computer problems without adding to them? Thanks.

No you should not, Cox is a provider, I doubt they have trained computer techs on staff.

While I agree with NHDave, I wouldn't summarily dismiss them as no good.

Although, we would have helped you for free.
