Can I create a sub domain or add-on domain called www.xyz.com?

Can I create www.xyz/abc...?

A subdomain of www.abc.com would be xyz.abc.com , assuming you have hosting for abc.com look in your control panel.

www.xyz.com is different domain and would require registration and hosting services.

www.xyz/abc is invalid

www.xyz.com/abc is the domain xyz.com with a subfolder called abc

I have Arvixe which allows unlimited sub-domains and 6 ADD ON domains. An add on domain is a completely separate site, but I just have to register the domain (don't have to pay for additional hosting).

I have 3 sites... one of them I use to create sample sites for clients.

website.com is the main domain
personal.com is an add on domain (completely separate site)
mybrotherswebsite.com is another add on domain (also completely separate site)

sample1.website.com is a sub-domain. It is a "separate site" in a sense that it can be a completely different design with completely different files, but still technically part of the website.com domain. I use it to create sample websites for clients. essentially, a brand new website, but still tied into my website so they know where to go to contact me or find more information.

website.com/about is just a page of my website.com website. Same domain, same site, just a different page.
