After reading their suggestions it appears it would be easier to educate yourself on fixing it yourself. Honestly. The other issue is many of those things may not be possible.

People should remember cookies are a sorce of info they steal.If you logged into a site the cookie could have most of the info you gave the site it is coded but they know how to get it.Thats why you would get an email were they seem to know all about you.Thats also how they get your email address.If you log into a site and when finished delete the cookie none of the info can be taken or can they get your email address.
