To remove the like, I just like it again. Liking something the second time causes it to remove the like.

Unfortunately it didn’t work. Fortunately, my oldest son came over and he said that when someone else looks at my profile, like him for example, my likes and groups don’t show up for them. So that’s good. Also, he had a hard time making my phone number private(right now it’s available only to friends). He said the only way to get rid of it would be to delete this profile, and make another one. So I decided against that for now.

You should not have to delete your current profile and create a new one! I set my phone number to be viewable only by me, I'm on a laptop right now on facebook.com, not on my phone. These steps could help:

Edit Profile
..Edit Your About Info

You should see your phone number near the bottom of that information approximately in the middle of the page. If you see a lock icon after your phone number, click on that which then goes to "Select Audience" and you should be able to choose any of the following:

.Public
.Friends
.Only Me
.Custom
.Close Friends
