Got this pop up so I quickly exited. Do I need to do anything since I didn't click through to 'claim my prize.' Checked my program list and didn't see anything newly installed.
You may need to consider installing an ad blocking extension for your browser. It doesn't make sense to keep yourself exposed to things like this when there are solutions out there. I would run a full system AV scan if you feel the popup might have done something malicious.
Keep in mind that a javascript program, such as the popup was likely using, does not necessarily need to wait for the user to visually click on some prompt in order to deliver a payload. Likewise, a malicious payload may not necessarily result in a new item on your programs list.
You'll be fine if you exited without clicking anything and don't see more pop ups.
