This is good news. Consumers ought to be able to know the actual cost of an internet provider before signing up for service. I hope this provision also applies to the actual cost after the promo period ends.

As many of the comments to that article, I, too, am thinking there will be a new fee called "Fee Listing Fee" for this requirement!

No matter what, consumers get the short stick, always.

Now, let's see if the DOJ can get the law firms to list all the fees on their bills in detail with actual company phone bills to confirm the actual time and duration of the phone calls the lawyers claim to be making...
