multiple passwords for the same BLOG (access, security, warning, format)

so, Rather than allowing every invited guest to use the SAME password...
is something already set up that can allow each guest to have their own pw?

er, uhm I have an account. I can add ONE password.

My need is to be able to have more than one pw choice for guests.
I'd like to be able to have a whole lot more than one.
And they all need to allow a guest access to the same material.

btw, I'm using the term blog for this.
If there is some other format to use instead...
