Geolocation is not always 100% accurate.

Here's mine, haven't tested it quite a while and the upload speed is "excessive" for lack of a better term. Was always fairly high but that is much higher than it's been in the past. IPS's usually limit that. Maybe they have whitelist because I don't abuse it.

for around $41 a month, but it is a known fact that Charter sucks, they just happen to be the only game in town unless I wanted to drop back to 1.5 DSL
