Something's not right. I'm not really in Portland.
Geolocation is not always 100% accurate.
Here's mine, haven't tested it quite a while and the upload speed is "excessive" for lack of a better term. Was always fairly high but that is much higher than it's been in the past. IPS's usually limit that. Maybe they have whitelist because I don't abuse it.
I am getting cheated it seems. How much does everyone pay for those kind of speeds?
