One of our email accounts is bumming us out. We are not receiving emails, even when we send one to it from one of our other email addresses.

We have gotten notices saying that another computer is sharing our IP address... we thought we had a secure network..but I guess not.

Could our emails be being stolen...misrouted... I have no idea.

Can someone help out the technology challenged?

All of them or just some of them? What type of account is it? Hotmail or Gmail? One your ISP provided?

Explain? You can have multiple computers routed through the same IP. Is this email account from a domain you own?

Who is providing the account, an ISP? e.g you@aol.com

Probably getting filtered along the way. Some ISP's will be heavy handed with filtering and never let the user know. Those services that are getting blocked get used by spammers a lot. Another possibility is you enabled a whitelist and the the email getting through is already on the list.
