The market is going gangbusters today!

Even Nasdaq is soaring. It's finally broken AAPL's stranglehold on it today.

How long can this euphoria last?

It doesn't need to last. It just needs to recur regularly, even in smaller doses.

The professional opinions I hear, are that 1525-1550 may be the top, possible 1575.

Look at the charts for 2011 and 2012.
Both years a severe downturn occurred after early year rises.
2011: 1365 down to 1100
2012: 1420 down to 1270

1575? Wow. What's that's based on? Fibonaccis? I can't wait to see the outcome of these expectations.

In the futures (ES), it looks like 1550 is a definite possibility. But 1575 seems like a stretch....but would be terrific.

Well, the little streak has been going on for just under 4 years now. All you have to be alert about is when the market turns around so you can go to cash and keep the profits.

I'm still working on it. Have to give it considerable time before I have more confidence in it.

getting out could not be easier. the hard part is timing when to get back in. you have to not only get it right this time but every other time too.

the reality is few can pull it off as easy as it sounds.
