the issue with the markets isn't the qe's . historically market recovery's are pretty easy and fast . basically with the qe's all we did is retrace back to where we were .
most downturn's have retraced fairly quickly QE'S or not .

but new gains are like fighting a war where the ground is measured in inches . we have some tough headwinds to overcome before markets get traction .
