Any thoughts on these upcoming IPOs?

"Digital currency exchange Coinbase is going public as renewed investor interest in cryptocurrencies has pushed bitcoin to an all-time high.

On Thursday the company announced that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The form is expected to go into effect after the SEC completes its review process."

I think Roblox will be a monster for a long time. Whether the IPO price, whenever they decide to do it, will make it a buy remains to be seen but I think overpaying for it early will work out well in the long run. The business model is solid and it seems to have a lot of room for big growth. I feel the same way about ABNB even at today's price. I am often horribly wrong.

I agree re: Roblox. Just anecdotally, I know my son and almost ALL of his friends play it daily and he's almost always asking for $1 here, $5 there to earn Robux or whatever they're called. It's a game you can play with friends online and with the pandemic in full swing, this is a winner certainly in the short-term.

And the numbers back it up......35 million *daily* users. Re-read that. They're new to China where I think it will grow exponentially.

I could see someone like Disney, Microsoft or even Alphabet eventually buying this platform and making it their own rather than trying to compete with them every year.

I know they're not totally profitable yet but hey...when has that ever stopped a stock from soaring?
