Yes.
Woman can't be forced to get married to someone she does not want. During the marriage ceremony, she has to say that she accepts the marriage to that man. If she refuses, the marriage can't take place legally.

The status of the woman will stay as 'captured' rather than a free woman. The man she is trusted to is still responsible for her welfare until she is freed by someone from her side or she gets her freedom in writing. The man has to free her if he sees that she is capable of looking after herself and someone else doesn't need to take care of her welfare.

The above are the Islamic laws. They are all in the Qur'an but not in one place. They are dotted around and only through thorough study one can understand them in full.

islam allowed prostitution = mu'ta
the sahaba have practiced it

the concept of marriage is not the same as in Christianity
marriage in islam is seen as a sexual contract
this contract

this contract can have variable duration 1 day 1 month 1 year unlimited

there is debate to know if this type of marriage is abrogated or not

This is a lie.

Islam does not allow prostitution. There is no sex in Islam outside the domain of marriage.

Islam forbids sex outside marriage. Sahaba could not have practiced sex outside marriage unless it was before any marriage law was revealed through the Qur'an. In that case, it was not Islamic law.

This type of marriage is not in the Qur'an.

Abrogation of such marriage doesn't even arise if it is not in the Qur'an at all.
