To be honest, Islamic literature has some wonderful prose and poetry. But these forum invaders actually think they are doing some kind of service to Allah with their preaching. They have no idea they're making a mockery of themselves, given their language barrier.
They are best suited to arguing amongst their own.
On the other hand, I don't understand why the forum regulars engage them. I bet they have no idea they are talking to a person who is not at a fairly proportional lingual and semantic level.
