Does anyone know any information about the new development that they are going to be opening next to Greenleaf Village called Highland Lakes? What builders, when they are planning on beginning development and what size lots they are going to be selling? Any info would be great!

Next door to Greenleaf - looking from Austin park, to the right of Greenleaf across that little lake - The Cornerstone model home has a map posted of Austin Park in their model home. You can see the land plotted for Greenleaf and Highland Lakes on the map. We are hoping that Cornerstone will be moving into that neighborhood (and that they will have 70 foot lots!) since they are almost complete in Austin Park. Cornerstone currently has no 70 foot lots remaining and we would need a 70 foot lot to build the house we want to build.

Here is the map of Nocatee showing where Highland Lakes will be! I'm mostly excited that Nocatee didn't mess up on the road entering Greenleaf Village by putting a turning lane into the lake, haha!

Default per the email from the PARC group.

This was sent out April 6th.

Over the past week, we have started construction of a new neighborhood in the heart of Town Center called the Enclave. Located just south of Publix Supermarket and the shops at Town Center, this neighborhood will offer a unique, urban experience for new residents. David Weekley Homes will be building 140 cottage-style homes in Enclave beginning this summer.

We also plan to start development in the upcoming months on three additional new neighborhoods:

  • Lakeside at Town Center, offering quaint single-family homes in a new community just to the west of Publix,
  • Highland Lakes Estates - a small gated community adjacent to Greenleaf Village with 38 homesites, and
  • Brookwood, a community of approximately 100 homesites directly off Valley Ridge Boulevard to the west of Kelly Pointe.

We believe Nocatee is a unique community and we are excited with our progress and opportunities for the future. Thank you for making Nocatee one of the 15 fastest growing master planning communities in America.

Sincerely,
--

I haven't heard what builders will be there.

Wow..so that really means more like $500K. Since it's going to be gated and only 38 lots, I'm guessing maybe they'll be big lots.

Sounds nice!

Where did you find this information? I see that ICI is building Highland Glen in Jacksonville, but haven't seen anything about Nocatee.
Thanks!
