Murray Hill is begining to pick up in parts, but it still has a ways to go from what I've seen.

Was there a reason you wanted to live in Murray Hill? Are you open to other areas? Are there work commutes to consider?

Also, would you consider an apartment? If the budget is tight, to get into a better area, would you live in an apartment?
