We are thinking about moving to Jacksonville, St Johns, St Augustine. What area do you think might be better for a Roofing company. Thank you in advance for the info.

Construction trade companies seem to travel to this area from all over to get business, at least from looking at the different area codes on their trucks/trailers. But, to answer your question, most of our growth is happening in St Johns County, and it will likely continue that way for the foreseeable future. Jacksonville, though, is such a big area, you have the potential for never ending business, if you're a good company. Good luck.

There's more new home starts, more businesses, and more existing residences in Jacksonville than anywhere else in North Florida.

By far.

Ok, I don't know if anyone can answer this. But I read somewhere that in Jacksonville there are so many roofing contractors that it is very competitive and you might have ten to fifteen contractors bid the same job. If someone is going to call that many contractors, All they are looking for is the lowest price. Not the Quality of job they are going to get. Is there that many roofing Contractors there for that to happen? The reason I am asking this is I would not be the lowest price for the Quality of job that I would do.
