There's a lot of threads on this already if you search.

People like David Weekly, Providence, and Standard Pacific.

People don't like Lennar.

Everyone else are somewhere in between, but you'll have biases based on individual experiences.

This layout should help finding which part of Nocatee appeals to you. There are several good builders, so if you can narrow down location preference, you can scrutinize a few rather than all. Then you can have your realtor help you negotiate the best deal if you like a few. Price can be hard to negotiate, but you can always work with negotiating upgrades if you have a good agent.

Would have to say David Weekley Homes. They certainly have a very good product (albeit not perfect) and exceptional customer service. We purchased with in April 2014, after exploring other builders in the area. Nocatee has been very good to us.

We are deciding among David Weekley, Providence and ICI in the Town Center neighborhoods. After a lot of research, we have ruled out Lennar and Toll Brothers.

Do more research and you will rue out ICI as well, they build a nice "looking" home but use inferior
products and poor workmanship inside.

Thanks judek... I started doing more research since yesterday and you are absolutely correct. I am so disappointed because I had my heart set on one of their plans... but I guess not as upset as I would be in 5 yrs when the house starts to fall apart.

IMO, David Weekley builds the best home among the builders you have mentioned.

Default Builders in Nocatee

I am not fan of Nocatee. Way too high fees for what- a splash park? You could get more home in other areas and not have the huge HOA and CDD fees. Stay away from ICI- friend was looking at one of their homes and it was full of termites and only 6 months old. Lennar quality is awful also. Water bills high in Nocatee so watering lawn is expensive.
