Has anyone heard anything about this community? I know it's 55+ and a COOP community with a low lot lease fee, but looking at the overhead photos it is nestled RIGHT between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal so it's a little scary thinking of manufactured homes that close to the water in a hurricane, yikes.
Anyone know how the Flagler Beach area fared back in 2004 during Hurricane Charley?
