I am planning to relocate to Jax Bch from Arizona in about two years. Does anyone have any Jax Bch sites you would share? News/happenings sites. I would like to find a rental home within walking distance of the beach...doesn't everyone. Living in AZ for the last 10+ years, I know that FL is very humid. I used to live in TN, too, so even tho I don't miss the humidity, I feel its a trade off to live on the coast for a couple years. I lived there about 18yrs ago for about 6mts. I was about 3 blocks from the beach. When I lived there I used to frequent a plant shop called Second Hand Rose, I liked that place. I realize that the area has probably changed alot, so that is the reason I'm looking for sites to read about the area. Of course I will check the area out before I pack up and hit the road east. You have been looking to leave the Prescott area for almost 10 years. What has changed that has you moving to JAX in 2 years? I have homes in both Atlantic Beach, FL and the Coachella Valley in California. I couldn't imagine living in either place year round. It runs about $900 round trip from LAX to MCO plus a one way car rental of about $180.
