We are looking at Palm Coast for retirement in about 2 years. Would like information about the flood zones if any in Palm Coast. While researching the SW Florida area I discovered that most of that area is in a flood zone, and building lots need to be at a certain elevation to build. Does this also pertain to the Palm Coast area??

Use this site for determination of flood zones in Flagler County. Can search by address or parcel number. Click on parcel and check flood zone on left side. The flood maps have a legend that is helpful.

The Trulia real estate app has a flood zone overlay. So you can see houses for sale and with the overlay turned on see if they are in a flood zone. It find it useful as part of a first phase of evaluating houses.
