Hi and Happy New Year-
We will be moving to Palm Coast in February or March of this year. We have a 7th grader so schools are important. What areas would you recommend or avoid when we are looking at houses. We will probably rent at first to get to know the area. Thank you! Sandi

I am considering moving to Palm Coast (I am retired) and will be spending February at Palm Coast. I have previouly spent about two weeks there. It seems to be a retirement area, but I have seen a lot schools and children. I like it due to it not being congested and there are shopping options. A realtor told me that are areas of crime west of the I-95 corridor and I should purchase east of I-95.

I think there are good and bad streets in all the sections of PC. I feel that wherever there are duplexes, it seems that people don’t take care of the exterior of their homes.
In my opinion, Hidden Lakes community is nice, F and L section are nice too.
All the gated communities are really nice as well.
