I disagree. He could have just left it at "Love water". Did he really need to go into that long, drawn out explanation about LAKES AND OCEAN????

Pulte and UniFlorida IV both have very nice age-restricted communities being built. The construction is top notch, but I do not know what the price points are for each.

$225 is not going to get you on any "real" water here. Maybe a small retention pond but that's about it.

North central florida has lots of lakeview/lakefront properties well within that $225k range. Just gotta look around. Have 2 nearby me that are lakefront on well over half acre and both are below $200k.
