Has anyone else noticed that ever since DeSantis passed a law that let's everyone and their mother carry a gun without a license that shootings have gone up significantly?

Watching the news here has become sad. We sit as a family and try to guess/estimate the amount of shootings that occurred for any given day and are reported on the 5pm news.

Most folks are not fit to own a firearm let alone carry one. Why we allow these Cretons to own firearms is beyond any sane person's imagination.

What are we coming to as a community?

it has nothing to do with DeSantis. the hyper violent society created by the Biden regime is what you need to focus on.

So you have a President who sides with some Gun control legislation and he's the one pushing a violent agenda?

It was DeSantis not Biden who has allowed easier access to Guns in our state.
Try to remember who is the Governor first.

Desantis backed gun law changes apply to law abiding citizens. You're completely naive if you think these daily shootings in JAX went up because Florida no longer requires a CCP.

News flash, these thugs carried all the time without a permit well before any law was passed AND likely never legally bought the firearm to begin with.

I was in Academy Sports yesterday (buying some gun cleaning tools ironically). The store was quite busy but the gun section...well you'd think it was Black Friday still. Are those people out shooting people in parking lots? Nope, but they would most likely save YOUR life if the situation arises.

you can't take a look around and understand what out of control inflation and open borders and drug epidemics do to cities like Jacksonville? go ahead and focus on DeSantis then.

There's a big difference between directly criminal shootings such as rape, carjackings, kidnapping or premediated murder and the defensive shootings of those who initiate hostile intent;

As for suicides, would you feel better if they all jumped out of windows? </Archie Bunker>
