Not to hijack, but are there any fantastic non-Christian schools in Duval? We've had experience with one school but have had a few issues & want to keep our options open. We've had quite a few Christian schools recommended to us, but that is not an option for our family.

What are the feeder schools for Bolles?

The feeder school for Bolles is Bolles (it's PK through 12). Although some parents send their kids to Bolles for middle and/or high school only. Robyn

My DC is at a feeder school for Bolles (& he's not at Bolles).

We're definitely keeping our options open -- we saw the HS tuition for next year & I can't honestly stomach paying that much for a HS education. Yikes!

It definitely was not this complicated when I was a child in the rural Midwest. Either you go to the public school or the Catholic private school. It's an eye-opener being down here with kids.

I sent my children to the public schools here. Of what are you afraid?

Affordable, private, non-religious and quality education??? Not on your life! None that I know of... Your best bet would be to do public school in St. Johns County...one of the best systems in the state. Just make sure you get your kids into A rated schools (NW St. Johns). Good luck.

That's what we decided to do. We've narrowed it down to areas that are zoned for the best public schools in St Johns. It has to be lightyears better than what's offered here in Mississippi, so I think we are going to be pleased. At least, I hope so...!
