I've lived in Bartram Springs in the past, and I am out there on a regular basis doing business or visiting friends. If you're accustomed to hearing the interstate, then this shouldn't bother you. But, it is a constant noise. If you haven't done so, I would suggest visiting the property at different hours of the day, just so you can hear the varying degrees. Personally, I don't mind it, but I know others will.

Congrats on your purchase!

How close is the place to I-95? FWIW - this time of year - the birds chirping in the morning wake me up. So I reckon I'd never sleep living close to I-95. Robyn

For all intents and purposes, it's right next to the interstate.

OK - I know that area. Went to an ENT there a couple of years ago (luckily he now has an office up here at the beaches). Probably as noisy as mid-Manhattan at 1 am. Robyn
