No, I didn't need the job.

The grocery store has a pharmacy AND a gas station? A bank and a massage parlor would make this a one-stop shop.

Some Walmarts have all these things, and actually serve as a town's towne center, if you will. I kid you not. I visited Queen Creek, AZ about six years ago. All the town's people congregated at Walmart for a day out on the town. Some have hair salons, coffee shops, bank branches, cafes, etc., all in one location.

There are both local and regional grocery stores here with both, although they aren't the majority of individual location. As mentioned before, Wal-Marts and wholesale clubs also have those as well.

Well shoot, maybe I'll apply for a cashier's job and hope they offer me a job as a hairdresser.

First of all, if you want to work in the pharmacy department, you should learn how to spell department correctly.

Second of all, why are you acting like you are above a $7.50 per hour gas station clerk job? It is better than $0 per hour isn't it?

Do you have a PharmD along with a pharmacy license or are you trying to get a pharmacy technician job? Pharmacy technician jobs don't pay much more than $7.50 per hour.

These exist all over the Phoenix Metro especially in the newly developing parts of towns. The one down the street from my house has a hair salon, nail salon, Wells Fargo, McDonalds, gas station, pharmacy, and a Starbucks stand! And I am in the center of town!
