Ignore the strange format, I will have this typed in word and formatted properly but this is a rough draft I have on my smartphone. The job I'm applying for is an equipment operator/ laborer at a hazardoes waste facility. I know my profile section is bad, I need help fixing that, also need to make the while thing read more fluently, remove/ edit anything out of place or dosnt belong. I dont know if my volunteer work belongs or not, ect.. any advice you have to improve this resume is helpful. Also I am not sending this, I plan to apply in person so I can hopefully hand it directly to the manager .. should i still include a cover letter? Thanks a lot for reading.

Remove Profile section.
Remove Volunteer work section.

You want to grab them with the Qualifications section.

Also, check your spelling.

I'd keep the volunteering but I wouldn't put ages, "youths" can be fine. I always put a cover letter. If they read it or not that is up to them but just to be safe I always have one.

If i completely remove the profile section, would just having qualifications, experience, and education be adequate length or should I try to add another section?

Maybe not the critique you're looking for, but you have had a lot of jobs in a short period of time....

I've had three jobs since I graduated high school in 2012, with no time in between jobs. Is that bad enough to disqualify my resume?

You are starting out so the 3 jobs aren't a big deal.

But be prepared for the why are you wanting to change jobs after only 3 months question.
Does this harzardous waste job pay more?

Any more tips on improving the resume itself, without changing my work history?

I've read a couple of articles stating the hiring manager was impressed by volunteer work done by a candidate, which helped them get their foot in the door. They had included it in their resume. I would keep it in.

You may be in a field where layoffs are not uncommon, and if that's the case, three jobs in the past two years would probably not be a problem.
