I have an interview Monday, but unsure of the time. I talked to the HR recruiter few days ago and wrote down the interview at 8AM. However, I feel that it is at 8:30am...unfortunately called the recruiter today, but could not get in touch with her. The company on their site states arrive no earlier then 15 minutes before interview. Worried that this is going to ruin my chances hiring for the position showing up too early. Any tips or ideas how to play this out? Appreciate the feedback

Try emailing the recruiter. Most of them are as connected as anyone and she'll probably check email over the weekend. Next time you confirm over the phone perhaps send an email confirmation right after you hang up

And if you don't get a response by Monday, be there by 8 am and simply state that the commute was shorter than you expected.

Good luck!

Weinerdog gave you good advice. Just be prepared to talk about your normal commute vs. why it was so much shorter this morning.
