Leave it off UNLESS your job is in a similar line to others or covers a long job gap. If you have no bad gaps and it isn't inline with the new job, don't list it. Iff asked abut it, just state you left due to conflicts with childcare as the rain for departure.

I will leave it off.

If I need a clearance (some do, some don't), I'll deal with that later. In the meantime, I will just leave a gap.
