If these are short term jobs and depending on what months it actually fell, the years would make it look more substantial than it actually was. You could put a Black Friday to early January retail job as two years, when it was actually less than two months.
Instantly tells me that you are hiding something. Same with not putting a graduation date because they will figure out how old you are. You could have been fired in January and not found work until December, but on your resume it will look like you had jobs back to back. One way or the other it's going to come up.
