I know several people that work at Costco, not in the stores, but at Corporate in nearby Issaquah, WA. They are very happy with the pay, benefits and corporate culture. At our store I would say that the youngest employee I have seen is mid-20s, no one there is in High School, but also, none appear to be over about 40.

No, I've never worked there, and don't plan to. I don't like working retail. I have no idea how much management pays, or how much seniority you need to move up. But I'm sure there are many others ahead of you, so don't count on moving up right away, because it could take awhile.
