Does anyone have any information about this position? I understand that they reach out to new medicare members and take health risk assesments. From there the goal is to try to enroll them in referral options that meet their needs. I was offered the job but recall the recruiter saying that they require 3 set referalls an hour. I'm really not looking to do any type of sales so want to get more info before moving forward. TIA!
I imagine you're on the phone calling new Humana enrollees and IF you reach them, going through a series of health care questions.
My family member enrolled in Humana Medicare and she got a ''welcome call'' like that.
Just guessing here.
I've heard only good things about working for Humana from prople in other roles.
