I've been interviewing for jobs and now get paranoid and pessimistic after interviewing. I just had an interview with a great company and they asked for references and my recruiter said there would be a second interview. Now I'm paranoid something will change or it will fall through or something. I r centlt had 2 companies in a row tell me they were holding off interviews after acting so interested.

Reading too far into it man. Theres nothing wrong with showing interest in the job as long as you arent calling and emailing them everyday asking for updates. Be professional in your responses, be on time with information they are asking you for and let things play out.
