I was wondering if anyone looking for professional jobs don't look at Glassdoor before accepting an offer? I would guess its close to %100.

I do and look for trends rather than individual comments. It's also easy to spot the fakes.

I only use them for occasional reviews and comments from employees; to get the "inside" scoop.

I look at it even before I apply to a job.

A few bad reviews out of many--I don't pay much attention because you are always going to have a handful of employees who are unhappy.

When the company overall has a bad rating and you start seeing patterns on the types of complaints...then you need to start paying attention and realize maybe this isn't a great place to work after all.

I also will check company reviews on Indeed, Kununu, and Career Bliss.

Never.
I have much better resources for salary research - the AIA first

Only one company I've ever worked for has any reviews on there. Every other company has had at most 40 employees.

The reviews that say "People disappear"

Pay close attention to those. Nobody says something like that unless it's true. 100% Guatemalan Guarantee®

If you see a general theme in all the reviews, its true. Not that many people can be wrong
